10 Waterside Road, Marblehead
This lovely 6 room embankment ranch sits on a sunny and spacious 8270 sq ft site, within walking distance to the Coffin School and Gerry and Orne Playgrounds.
The first floor has a large living room with a fireplace, a dining room which opens to a 12'x18' covered deck overlooking a private yard. There is also an eat-in kitchen with a skylight, 3 bedrooms, and a bath.
There is a walk-out lower level with the possibility of finishing or being used as a large work area. Recent updates include: Exterior trim painting, and gleaming hardwood floors. The house has extra insulation for added warmth and savings on fuel. It's an excellent value! For your private showing call Bob Stallard 978 882 4028.

Gerry Playground and Orne Playground are just a short walk. Grace Oliver Beach another special place.
Gerry Playground
Gerry Playground is home of Header's Haven Playground. Its 6.85 acres located on Stramski Way, off West Shore Drive, overlooks Salem Harbor on Marblehead's West Side. Gerry Playground offers picnic tables and cookout grills, a fenced-in children's playground, beach area, pram racks and parking.

Orne Playground
The 5.22 acres that make up Orne Playground borders Shepard Street and offers a softball field and playground equipment.

Grace Oliver Beach
Grace Oliver Beach, less than one acre in size, is a community beach located off Beacon Street. It is named after the woman who during the 19th century lived in a house on nearby Doliber Point. The water is shallow and the beach well-protected, making it an ideal place for children.
