15 Blaisdell Terrace Ipswich MA Crane Beach

It features a grand kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances, a family room with fireplace, and access to private deck. Additional features: Central A/C, town sewer, electronic dog fence, 1 acre lot on cul de sac, 10 minute walk to village and train.

Why We Love 15 Blaisdell Terrace

We love this house because of its location, beauty, spaciousness and privacy. We love Ipswich because it feels like we are in the countryside, while we are really in town. Ipswich has all the charm of a small New England Town, including an annual Chowder Festival but is only 50 minutes from the heart of Boston by train. The house sits on a mostly wooded acre of land of which 2/3s is Conservation Property. It is within walking distance of downtown Ipswich, the Ipswich commuter rail station, Winthrop School, the Ipswich Middle and High Schools, the Ipswich Post Office and Public Library. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac, so there is little traffic. Our neighbors are friendly, helpful and fun to be around, creating a wonderful welcoming neighborhood for our whole family. The Ipswich school system is very highly regarded, and we are thankful that our children have had the opportunity to learn in such a great environment. The local market and pharmacy are just blocks away. We love the smell of the ocean breezes that come through our eastern windows in the late afternoon. As Ipswich residents, we have special privileges at Crane Beach, which is only a 12 minute drive from here. For $20 per year, Ipswich residents have their own private parking area and are allowed through to the beach even on the busiest days of the year.

We also love this house because of many wonderful features it offers, as well as improvements that have made it a more comfortable home for us. These features and improvements include:
? As a newer home (2005), it is maintenance free inside and out!
? Walk to town and trains.
? An open floor plan on the first floor that is great for family gatherings and entertaining. But the dining room and formal living room can both be closed off for privacy.
? The gourmet kitchen with top of the line stainless steel.appliances, granite counters and tile floor.
? We added a beautiful third floor all purpose room that we also use as a guest bedroom and children?s play room.
? A large office space with a private entrance that allows us to work from home.
? Four bedrooms and two bathrooms (both with double sinks) on second floor.
? A first floor laundry room.
? Accessible storage space in attic and garage.
? Safe, friendly neighborhood for children.
