Why we love our house!
We will miss our old house! We have enjoyed living on Butman st for more than 10 years. The neighbors are very friendly and they look out for each other. One of our close neighbors, Vivian, gave us a baby shower with most of the neighbors there to see our new son. My other neighbor would leave fresh vegetables on our doorstep directly from his garden. We will miss them but we will always be in touch.
Butman Street is so close to everything. We can walk down to Dane street beach, 10 minutes away; Lynch Park is only 20 minute walk. They have Thursday night concerts in the summer at the park. The commons on Dane street also has concerts at night during Homecoming week. You can walk to the public library, 5 minutes away, or downtown Beverly. The house is very cozy and feels like a home. In the summer we plant flowers and watch the variety of spring flowers we've planted throughout the years. We also enjoy watching the Japanese maple tree blooming, and the tulips rising out of the ground. And the highlight of the summer is the blooming of the blue hydrangeas along the driveway.
This house has plenty of storage space in the attic, along with a two car garage for car and yard equipment. We hope you enjoy this house as much as we have
